Davey's Workout


  • 20/30 mins on stair master or elliptical machine

  • After his back injury, he did 20/30 mins on recumbent bike

  • He would also participate in Jazzercise with his wife Diana, her mom Helen, and her sister Georgia

  • When Davey got really lean when he came back to WWE in 1999, he was doing higher reps like 15/12/10/8 and 4 sets per exercise

  • Monday was chest and triceps

  • Tuesday was back and biceps

  • Wednesday was shoulders

  • Thursday was legs


Did you know?

  • After training Davey would tan and have a protein shake

  • Davey benched 455 lbs
